Set of 6 Wood Coasters
Beverage coasters or "beermats" serve the humble function of protecting surfaces from water damage or condensation from drinks or drink containers. Originally appearing on the market around 1880, coasters can now be found in pubs, bars, restaurants and lounges all over the world. Although paper or cardboard coasters are the most common, durable versions made from cork, steel, metal or wood are increasingly popular. This set of 6 wood coasters is manufactured from Russian birch plywood, features a subtle laser-etched geometric design and a smooth mineral oil finish. A perfect accessory for entertaining and a beautiful accent for the well-appointed modern home.
Designed and manufactured in Montreal, Canada.
6mm Russian birch plywood. Coasters measure 6cm / 3.5" in diameter.
