Faribault Cabin Blanket
Inspired by a vintage photo of this same blanket resting on a bed in a cabin years ago, The Faribault Woolen Mill Company has reintroduced the Cabin Blanket after carefully recreating the design from its archives. The Cabin Blanket, although rugged in appearance and construction, employs modern attributes that its predecessor lacked. Made from 100% non-felting merino wool, this blanket is as easy to care for as it is complimentary to any contemporary interior. Queen size. Permanently moth-proofed. Machine wash. Line dry.
Made in the U.S.A.
Measures 230cm x 245cm / 90" x 96"

For many generations, the Faribault Woolen Mill Company has grown and thrived on the banks of the Cannon River in Faribault, Minnesota. Since 1865 – the year Lincoln died and the Civil War ended – Faribault has played a part in US history. Whether traveling west in covered wagons with the frontiersmen, covering troops during the war years or providing warmth for those in need, Faribault blankets and woollen products are woven into the fabric of American history.
Faribault's mission is to make globally competitive products accessible to all, from a 100% American mill, producing their goods from start to finish under one roof. Their products offer a simple beauty and a durability of purpose that’s not unlike the people who make them - with intangible ingredients woven into them that could never be captured on a label. The result is fine woven goods that are destined to be family heirlooms for generations to come.
